About Us

Our Mission

Kanjin Yoga's mission is to teach the basics 

of yoga for mind-body wellness to people 

who enjoy living life to the fullest. And to 

deliver deeply meaningful classes and 

workshops for those who endeavor towards a 

life of inner peace and happiness.

Dee Williams is a Yoga Alliance registered Hatha Yoga instructor, teaching an inspired blend of various styles of yoga since 2007. Dee’s personal yoga practice extends into her mission as a yoga teacher (to teach with compassion and mindfulness). She has been influenced by many teachers of the 5000 year old yoga tradition including B.K.S. Iyengar, Bikram Choudhury, Richard Miller, Ben Thomas and many more.

Dee draws inspiration from the insights of yoga and meditation in her classes. She teaches from personal experience and from a calm dedication to continuous practice and study. She delivers yoga and wellness classes from her heart with first-hand knowledge to help each student combine confidence, balance and mindfulness with movement, breath and meditation on the mat that transcends into better fullness of experiences off the mat.

In addition to yoga classes she delivers wellness education programs, that are created in association with a variety of healing practitioners (including Ayurveda, Naturopathic, Massage, Martial Arts, Pilates, Sports Fitness and Dance), to diverse communities including groups, businesses, organizations and schools. Dee writes books, articles and poetry about the journey into yoga, speaks at conferences and to groups or organizations.
